EGaDS! Mega Micro Jam
is the most delicious thing you’ve ever tasted.
As an officer of the Electronic Game Developers Society at UT Austin, I had the pleasure of helping put together our very first Mega Micro Jam! It is a relatively very short game jam where each team focuses on creating one short minigame. At the end, all the games are put together into one minigame collection inspired by the WarioWare series.
My role this jam was mostly to pump out as many art assets as I could, with some animation here and there. Alongside making the non-character assets in the main game, I also joined the team that would be making the boss level: an epic culinary cook-off between chef Gordon Ramsey and a bee.
All in all, I had a tremendous amount of fun putting together this short and silly collection. I sincerely hope you spend a little time playing it and getting through all 24 minigames!
